It's been three days since you joined your team on Zapier. Have you been able to explore and try building some workflows? It doesn't look like you have any turned on yet. Send us a message if you need any help—we'd be happy help or share some tips and tricks. :)
Speaking of sharing, since you're part of a team, did you know you can share your workflows with your teammates? Maybe they're already sharing some with you. Looking at what your team has automated can be a great source of inspiration if you don't know where to start. And we find that teams who share their workflows with each other often lead to more productive offices.
Sharing inspires teammates with new ways to improve productivity, lets others copy the workflows you use, and if you're on vacation (you do like vacations, right?) you can be rest assured that your team has access to manage or update any shared workflows you created.
How to share a workflow
To share a workflow, simply move one you'd like to share into a shared folder. If your team doesn't have a shared folder yet, you can create one. Once you move a workflow into a shared folder, it's instantly shared with your team. It's that easy.
You can even share an entire folder of workflows. Simply hover over a folder and click the gear icon. Then select "Share" in the dropdown and it will turn into a shared folder and share the workflows inside. This is handy when you want to share a lot of workflows.
